• Physician shifts- 7a-7p, & 7p-7a
• APP shifts- 9a-9p & 5p-5a
• Annual Volume- 30,000
• Number of beds- 21 beds
• Transfer %- 9.9
• Admission Rate %- 10.6
• EMR- EPIC
• BC Required (If ABIM or ABFM - require EM credentials and recent experience)
• Must have 2+ years EM experience
• Must have Active OH License, BLS, ACLS, NRP, and clean file
• Must be available for 5+ Shifts per Month
• 45 day credentialing timeline
• $1250 referral bonus received for any referral who works 30 days.
