• Flexible Availability: We welcome providers with sporadic availability, offering opportunities on an as-needed basis to accommodate your schedule.
• Coverage Options: Choose between traveling to perform exams at a leased facility and/or scheduling appointments within your own practice, providing you with autonomy and flexibility.
• Compensation: Compensation is provided per exam conducted, ensuring fair reimbursement for your services.
• Exam Types: Conduct Initial PTSD exams, follow-up PTSD exams, and other mental health evaluations to support the diverse needs of our veteran population.
• DMA Certification: Certification is available with the opportunity to earn CME credits. Obtain certification if not already privileged.
• Equipment: Utilize your personal laptop (NO MACs) during examinations for efficient documentation and reporting.
• Reporting: Submit completed Disability Benefits Questionnaires (DBQs) within 48 hours upon exam completion, focusing on standardized form(s) completion rather than narrative reports.
• Evaluation Process: Utilize the provider portal for efficient completion of evaluations and documentation.
• Record Review: Active participation in record reviews required to maintain comprehensive patient assessments and documentation.
• Providers Needed: Join a dedicated team of healthcare professionals, contributing to the collective effort to support the mental health needs of veterans nationwide.
