Candidate Requirements:

• An experienced provider is preferred, though not required. The ideal candidate should have a strong commitment to clinical excellence and patient satisfaction. Exceptional interpersonal skills are crucial, and a genuine desire to build enduring relationships with patients and the community is essential.

Work Environment:

• Practice hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. 5:00 p.m., with no weekends or holidays, providing an optimal work-life balance for the physician.
• The flexible full-time schedule includes 36 patient hours and 4 hours of administrative time to enhance productivity.
• Weekday call responsibilities are shared among the physicians on a 1:6 rotation, fostering teamwork and collaboration.
• The average outpatient volume is maintained at a manageable 15 - 18 patients per day, ensuring personalized and attentive patient care.
• The practice focuses exclusively on outpatient care, with no inpatient work or OB responsibilities.
