Looking for an Endocrinologist to join our hospital employed multi-specialty group. Hospital service area of over 120,000.PRACTICE INFORMATION:Average 25 patients a day, perform thyroid ultrasounds and biopsies (average 3-5 week on Fridays), have pump educator, and large diabetes practice along with other common endocrine disorders (adrenal, pituitary, etc.) Thyroid: 48 needle biopsies, 46 ultrasound guided needle biopsies per year.COMPENSATION:Salary Range: Option : Base salary of $208,000 (for those just completing training) with additional compensation for experience with a guaranteed salary for 2 years. Can be switched to a wRVU production contract when exceeding target. (5% less for those not yet boarded, switched when become boarded)Option : Base salary of 253,000 (75%tile) guaranteed for one year and then switched to production contract. (5% less for those not yet boarded, switched when become boarded)Signing Bonus: 15% of base salary up to a max of $50,000Medical School Loan Repayment: repay up to $200,000 ($25,000 per year for each year of service commitment)Moving Expense: $10,000 paid to moving companyVacation: 4 weeks plus holidays/sick days (29 PTO days)CME/Books & Journals: 5 days and up to $50002 YEAR CONTRACT ALSO INCLUDES:Deferred Compensation: 457b plan.
