• Balanced Schedule: 4.5-day workweek, Monday-Friday, 8 AM-5 PM, with average daily volume of 18-22 patients
• Shared Call Structure: Group call coverage with no hospital call required
• Supportive Team: Dedicated staff, a clinic connected to the medical office building, and a collaborative group practice
