Position Details:
• Full-time, permanent
• Employed
• Guaranteed salary is competitive and commensurate with experience.
• Schedule is Monday through Friday; weeknight anesthesia call required.
• Hospital-owned physician practice, but physicians treat the practice as if they are the owners.
• Salary based upon MGMA figures, which is paid to the physician monthly.
• At the end of the year, the physician receives 100% of the profits of the practice as they would if they owned the practice. Group does not charge a fee for running the practices.
• Physicians receive full benefits including paid malpractice, benefits package, relocation, CME allowance.
• Residents who sign early can receive a monthly stipend to help with expenses through the duration of training.
