Seeking a full-time Board Certified or Board Eligible Family Medicine Physician to join our team in northwest Iowa!

• Employed position
• Monday through Friday clinic hours
• Clinic call schedule 1:5
• 4-day work week
• Outpatient appointments: 15 per day
• 24-hour ER eEmergency (Telemedicine)
• Point-of-Care Ultrasound
• Integrated electronic medical record
