Job/Practice Description:

Hematology / Oncology Physician
Location: Findlay, OH (40mins from Toledo)
Ability to choose patient mix and practice at top of license
Clinic 4 days/week, 1 administrative day/week (remote), 1:4 inpatient call
50% Hematology/50% Oncology patient mix, most common cases are breast, colon, lung, prostate
Care team model, 1 dedicated RN and 1 MA per physician, 2 NPs
Chemo certified RN's for inpatient chemotherapy administration
Onsite Services: Radiation Oncology, Infusion Therapy, Lab and Pharmacy (board certified oncology pharmacist onsite)
Genetic Counseling, Clinical & Financial Navigation, Nutrition Services
Clinical Trials, Tumor Registry, GYN-Oncology, Social Work
Robust general surgery program and specialty services ENT, Urology, Gynecology, Pulmonology, GI
Hospitalist service admits

Profile Background:

Board Certified / Board Eligible Hem/Onc
Ability to hold an Ohio State License
