  • Office Clinic
  • Mon-Fri 8am - 4:30pm
  • Three (3) Years agreement
  • $ 275,000 Two Year Guarantee; Yr. 3 based on 80% of Yr. 2 earned wRVU compensation
  • Signing Bonus Up to $50,000 + $10,000 Relocation; Residency Stipend of up to $15,000 from execution of the agreement until start date.
  • Maintain Board Certification in Internal Medicine and Rheumatology during the term of this Agreement.
  • Approving Board Entity: American Board of Internal Medicine.
