Job Details:

• Location: Near Boyd, Wisconsin
• Position: Anesthesiologist, Locum Tenens
• Setting: Both inpatient and outpatient coverage, supporting a range of procedures
• Start Date: ASAP, with the potential for ongoing coverage
• Shifts: 10 or 12 hours, with call duties available
• Team: CRNA supervision required

Key Responsibilities:

• Anesthesia Coverage: Provide general, regional, and epidural anesthesia
• Surgical Specialties:
  • Complete Orthopedics
  • Complex Vascular
  • Neurosurgery (Head and Spine)
  • OB/GYN
  • Pediatric and Neonatal
  • Pain management and post-operative care
• Skills: Proficiency in spinal, epidural, and regional anesthesia; CRNA supervision is required
• On-Call Details: Beeper call; response times to be discussed

Required Qualifications:

• Certification: Must be Board Certified or Board Eligible within five years of residency completion
• Experience: Minimum of two years in clinical practice
• Certifications: ACLS, ATLS, BLS, and PALS
• License: Wisconsin license preferred, but not required

Facility Features:

• Level II Trauma Center
• Technology: EMR system - Cerner
• ORs: 5 operating rooms handling a range of specialty procedures
