• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited medical school
• Minimum of 1-2 Years of Experience is preferred. However, new Graduates can also apply
• Board certification or eligibility in Internal Medicine
• License to practice medicine in the State of TX
• Active DEA License
