A health services organization in New Hampshire is currently seeking alicensedPhysician to join their staff in Hanover as their new Primary Care Physician. About the Opportunity: Setting: Medical Clinic Specialty: Family Medicine Schedule: Monday to Friday (4 days a week) Hours: 8am to 5pm or 9am to 6pm Patient Population: Adults Responsibilities ThePrimary Care Physician will be responsible for: Conducting a mix of acute, chronic, and well visits. Treating patients in-office or in testing centers as well as conducting occasional tele-health visits Continuous learning during weekly Clinical Rounds and through other modalities Ongoing collaboration with in-office teammates via daily huddles, as well as with virtual clinical teams Performing in-office procedures, as needed Handling other duties, as needed Qualifications 2+ years of experience in a Primary Care role/setting Licensed to practice Medicine in the State of New Hampshire Board Eligible / Certified in Family Medicine or Medicine / Pediatrics Clinical proficiency in evidence-based Primary Care Your privacy is important to us.
