IMOPPORTUNITY Near San Diego Overview The group has 40 physicians The area is a large community serving 200,000 + population. Space is shared with a IM physicians and nurse practitioner who are affiliated with our Group. 30 % HMO risk patients and 70% fee for service. Practice Responsibilities include: Office practice ? encouraged to do broad range of in-office care - Office hours will be M-F and vary from 9 ? 8:00 pm. 4 day work schedule. Hospital practice ? share call with your FP & IM colleagues therefore approximately 1 in 6 Call ; Internists at Hospital serve as ?hospitalist? and round on patients during the week. Compensation is first year salaried & thereafter ?productivity based?. Overall Group compensation has exceeded local and national market. Practice expectations are to exceed national norms in quality, patient satisfaction, productivity and scope of practice; strong Group practice culture. The group cares for 25,000 HMO patients + 60 % of practice is FFS.
