Gastroenterology Physician - Now Hiring

Locums National is seeking a highly skilled GI Hospitalist to provide inpatient GI call coverage. The ideal candidate will have experience in performing ERCP and be comfortable managing a variety of GI conditions.

Responsibilities:

• Provide inpatient GI call coverage for 3 weeks per month.
• See an average of 3-6 new inpatient consults per day.
• Perform an average of 5-8 procedures per day, including up to 5 elective, outpatient procedures that require anesthesia support.
• Communicate biopsy results to patients directly or through the designated clinic MA.
• Coordinate additional steps, such as referrals, follow-ups, and imaging.
• Participate in EPIC training.

Qualifications:

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Gastroenterology.
• Current and unrestricted medical license in the state of WA.
• Experience in performing ERCP.
• Excellent clinical skills and judgment.
