Neonatology Physician

Position Details Neonatology Locum Tenens:

• Location: Coachella Valley, CA
• Duration: October 2025 December 2025 (potential to extend)
• Schedule: 1-2 weeks per month
• Shift: Monday 7a-Monday 7a (specific blocks available only)
  • 10/20, 8a - 10/27, 8a
  • 11/3, 8a - 11/10, 8a
  • 11/24, 8a - 12/1, 8a
  • 12/15, 8a - 12/22, 8a
• Call: Yes, 24-hour call
• Patient Volume: 8 bed NICU, 80-100 deliveries per month
• Scope: Full-scope Neonatology
• EMR: Epic
• Hospital: 8-bed Level II NICU, 463 general beds
• Group/support: 7 Pediatric Hospitalist, 2 Full-time Neonatologists
• Requirements: Board Certified (or board eligible if recently trained), Active California license, California DEA, COVID vaccination
