Family Practice - With OB Physician

We are currently working with a client in Indianapolis, Indiana who is currently looking for a physician to assist in providing primary medical care to patients in an outpatient setting. This is a 13 week Locum tenens assignment with the option to extend. Please see below for more details:

• Location: Indianapolis, Indiana
• Contract Length: 13 weeks with the option to extend
• Schedule: Monday - Friday 5/8 hour shifts, or 4/10 hour shifts
• Competitive Hourly Pay, Negotiable
• No weekends, No Holidays, No on call
• Malpractice Insurance 100% paid for and provided
• Daily duties include Seeing scheduled patients, some intake, urgent/ emergent cases, walk - ins. Typical chart review and follow-ups.
• Must have active and unrestricted DEA, and active BLS certification
• Must have license to practice medicine in the state of Indiana
