Physician / Family Practice / Vermont / Permanent / Primary Care openings south of Burlington, VT - ski country Job

Largest Community Health network in Vermont, with 5 practice sites throughout Rutland county is seeking to add Primary Care Physicians to its team. Services at these FQHCs include primary care, pediatrics, dental, psychiatry, and social work. Strong collaboration with Hospitalist, Case Management, and Specialist affiliated with the Medical Center. Scheduled for patient care 4 days per week. Call is telephone only and occurs 1 to 2 times per month.
