Clinic is located next to community hospital near the OH/IN border.Hospital Employee, Traditional.  Assigned Call with 1:3 Call Ratio.  $325-350K Annual Salary.  HPSA area Loan Forgiveness available up to 100% repayment .  Signing Bonus available up to $50,000 .  Relocation Bonus available.  CME up to 1 week and $5,000 available.  Up to 4 weeks of PTO available.
