Mercy Health Lourdes Hospital is seeking a Board Eligible/Board Certified Vascular Surgeon to join a respected, growing practice in the beautiful, historic community of Paducah, Kentucky offering a low cost of living, strong referral base, and hospital-employed stability.

• Guaranteed Base Salary of $600,000/year
• Productivity-based bonus incentives

• Dedicated Specials Lab exclusive to vascular surgeons, performing 3,000+ procedures annually
• State-of-the-art Hybrid OR a separate coronary and vascular suite enabling high-complexity, minimally invasive procedures
• EPIC EMR and a clinic physically attached to the hospital for seamless transitions

• 1 Hospital, 1 Location no travel, no call sharing across systems
• Supportive Team including an experienced Physician Assistant and access to a referral base of 60+ primary care providers
