Family Practice - With OB Physician - Now Hiring

The Physician will provide direct patient care services that will include, but not limited to: recording physical and mental status, performing physical exams, ordering diagnostic tests, implementing and managing plans of care, as well as prescribing and dispensing medications and more. Provider will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and ability to maintain a good working relationship with all levels of personnel, medical staff, administration, and the public as well as share the values of the facility.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• 2 years in practice in outpatient primary care, rural health clinic experience preferred but would consider select new graduates for this position
• Able to work autonomously
• Must be Board Certified
• Must be able to be credentialed for this position
• Office location is in Colebrook NH
• Direct patient care time will be split between acute care and established patient panel.
• Replacement for provider that is retiring

Primary Care:

• Pediatric through Geriatric
• High elderly population
• Experienced in Chronic Disease Management
• 16-22 patients per day
• 36 patient hours, 4hrs of admin time - NO CALL
• EMR is Meditech Expanse, Dragon dictation
• Supported by an RN Team leader and medical assistant
