Join our Elder Care team, in the fastest growing city in the Midwest!

• Lead and further develop the geriatric program
• Work Monday-Friday
• No Call
• Setting could include outpatient clinic, post-acute care settings such as Transitional Care (TCU) and long-term care, and home visits in assisted living and senior apartments
• Practice includes 1 Physician, and 4 PAs/NPs
• Compensation with incentive based on experience, 6+ weeks vacation, Malpractice coverage, CME allowance, and relocation package

REQUIREMENTS OPTIONS

• BC/BE Geriatrician or
• BC/BE in Internal Medicine with geriatric experience and interest or
• BC/BE Family Practice with geriatric experience and interest

LOCATION

• Centrally located on the border of North Dakota & Minnesota
• 3.5 hours northwest of Minneapolis/St. Paul
• Fargo-Moorhead population: 225,000
• Regional Service area consists of 25 clinics & 5 hospitals
