Monster Reservations Group is hiring friendly, motivated individuals to help guests book vacations they’ve already paid for. This is not cold calling—guests have purchased an open-dated vacation package and just need help setting their travel plans.

If you enjoy talking with people, can follow coaching, and love creating excitement, this could be your perfect next move.

What You’ll Do:

  • Talk with guests on inbound and outbound calls
  • Guide them through destination options and finalize booking details
  • Use a script to highlight perks and create urgency
  • Collect payments and ensure all details are accurate
  • Apply coaching quickly and stay upbeat throughout each call
  • Hit weekly goals to earn performance bonuses

We’re Looking For People Who Are:

  • Coachable and open to feedback
  • Confident, clear communicators
  • Friendly and positive on the phone
  • Comfortable in fast-paced, team-oriented environments
  • Experienced in sales, customer service, retail, or hospitality (a plus but not required)

Requirements:

  • Must be 18 or older
  • Must be able to commute daily to our Myrtle Beach, SC office
  • Full-time only
