Anesthesiology Physician - Now Hiring

Premier Physician Services is seeking an Anesthesiologist to provide locum tenens coverage at a facility located near Charleston, West Virginia.

Start Date: June 30th, 2025
Contract Length: 6 months
Shift Details: 8-, 10-, and 12-hour shifts Schedule: 7am until cases are completed for the day. (As cases are completed and the operating rooms running that day decrease, physicians are released incrementally throughout the day when assigned call physicians can safely manage the surgical schedule.)

Support staff: Other Anes MD s and CRNA s
Amount of coverage needed per month: 4 FTE s
Patient population/age: all ages
Department description: (Level 1 trauma center)
EMR: Cerner
Special procedures: Full spectrum of surgical procedures. The only transplant procedures performed are Kidney. (No liver, heart, etc.)
Skills required: Cardiothoracic Anesthesiology Requirements:
Board Certification: required
State license required: required
DEA: required
Certifications preferred:
Certifications required: ABA, ACLS, BLS, National Board of Echocardiography Special Competence in Perioperative Transesophageal Echocardiography
Minimum experience required: Credentialing Timeframe: 60-90 days
Rate: $350-$370
