A healthcare network in New York is actively seeking an experienced, licensed Physician, with a Board Certification in Family Medicine, to join their one of their growing primary care outpatient facilities in Syracuse as their new Medical Director. About the Opportunity: Schedule: Monday to Friday (no weekends ) Hours: Standard business (no evenings ) Setting: Outpatient Clinic Call: None Responsibilities: The Medical Director will be responsible for providing clinical leadership and administrative oversight, including: Delivering primary care Collaborating regularly with the Behavioral Health team Guiding the strategic vision of the network's integrated healthcare services Performing other duties, as needed Qualifications 5+ years of Family Medicine experience M.D. or D.O. Board Certification in Family Medicine Strong organizational and management abilities Great interpersonal skills Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) Desired Skills: Previous experience in a Nonprofit setting Experience in a Leadership and/or Supervisory role
