Key Responsibilities

• Assist Polish-speaking clients with inquiries about search engine functionalities and optimization strategies.
• Develop tailored strategies to improve clients' search engine performance and online marketing effectiveness.
• Respond to customer queries promptly through various communication channels, ensuring effective problem resolution.
• Conduct training sessions to educate clients about best practices in search engine optimization and digital marketing.
• Accurately document customer interactions and maintain records within our CRM system.
• Collaborate with internal teams to relay client feedback and enhance our service offerings.
• Stay updated on the latest industry trends and search engine updates to provide clients with relevant insights and advice.

Requirements

• Fluency in Polish and English, both written and spoken, is required.
• Experience in customer service, digital marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong analytical skills and a customer-centric approach.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building strong client relationships.
• Knowledge of digital marketing concepts and search engine optimization tools is a plus.
