Server - Full-time / Part-time

LaScala’s FIRE is a modern Italian-American dining experience with a vibrant atmosphere, wood-fired cuisine, and a passion for exceptional hospitality.

We’re currently seeking passionate, service-oriented individuals to join our Front of House team as Servers. If you love great food, fast-paced energy, and delivering memorable guest experiences, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

• Provide prompt, friendly, and efficient service to all guests in a fast-paced environment
• Guide guests through the menu, offer recommendations, and take food and beverage orders
• Accurately enter orders into the POS system and ensure timely delivery of items
• Maintain knowledge of food, beverage, and allergy information
• Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to requests
• Assist in table maintenance and cleanliness throughout the guest experience
• Handle cash, credit card transactions, and tip reporting in accordance with company policies
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service and a welcoming atmosphere
• Follow all safety and sanitation procedures

Qualifications:

• Previous serving experience preferred but not required – we’re willing to train the right person!
• Outgoing and personable with strong communication skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and guest satisfaction
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays

Required qualifications:

• 18 years or older
• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• Able to work in an environment with fluctuating temperatures
• Comfortable handling customer complaints
• Able to stand for duration of shift
• Able to comfortably lift 20 lbs

Preferred qualifications:

• 2-3 years of total work experience
• Food Service license/certification: ServSafe Food Handler Certification
