Box Truck Delivery Driver & Helper

We are seeking Box Truck Delivery Drivers and Helpers to join our team in Dallas Tx.

Overview
We are seeking experienced and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as White Glove Drivers. You will play a crucial part in ensuring a flawless delivery experience.

Responsibilities:

• Safely operate a Box Truck
• Load and unload cargo using dolley
• Provide exceptional and personalized customer service, addressing any questions or concerns.
• Properly track and document activity log
• Box Truck drivers/helpers meticulously set up and install appliances following manufacturer's guidelines.
• Report any issues or incidents to dispatch
• Inspect truck before and after trip
• Follow assigned routes and schedules to ensure timely delivery of goods
• Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while operating vehicles
• Ensure no damage occurs to the customer's home or appliances during delivery and installation.
• Provide exceptional and personalized customer service, addressing any questions or concerns.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience using a Moffett forklift preferred.
• Previous experience in delivering and installing large appliances is required.
• Must have tools to install appliances
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions.
• Excellent customer service skills with a focus on providing a positive experience.
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
• Willingness to work flexible hours
• Strong work ethic
• Monday-Saturday; some Sundays during peak season
• DRIVERS $20 PER HOUR / HELPERS $18 PER HOUR

Experience level:

• 2 to 3 years
• Shift length varies
• Morning shift

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 60 per week
