- Identify client needs and recommend solutions
- Follow scripts, systems, and sales processes
- Maintain accurate CRM information
- Attend virtual training, coaching, and team meetings
- Strong work ethic and professional attitude
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and goal-oriented
- Comfortable working by phone and Zoom
- Able to work independently in a remote environment
- Willing to obtain required state licensing
- Sales or customer service experience is helpful but not required
