Benefits Representative (Fully Remote)

The McQuade Organization of Globe Life is expanding in 2026 and looking for motivated, people-focused professionals to join our team as a Benefits Representative in a FULLY REMOTE role.

What You’ll Do:

• Work with families to explain and enroll them in their benefits
• Meet with clients virtually (Zoom/phone) to explain benefit options
• Help families protect themselves with life, accident, and supplemental coverage
• Provide clear, professional customer service—no cold calling
• Follow a proven presentation system with full training provided

• One year of Customer Service or Sales Experience
• Strong communication skills (phone, Zoom, email) with a professional, confident presence
• Experience working with a CRM is a plus
• Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding objectives
• Must be 18+ and eligible to work in the U.S. and have the ability to pass a background check
