Family Practice/Primary Care Nurse Practitioner

We have an exciting opportunity for a Family Nurse Practitioner in Cordele, GA for an Employee Wellness Clinic! This position offers a light patient load, with a focus on primary care and some light occupational medicine.

Here are the key details:

• Schedule: 12 hours a week (Mondays 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Thursdays 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM)
• Coverage: ASAP - end of the year!
• EMR System: EPIC
• Patient Volume: Approximately 5 patients per day
• Certifications Required: Board Certified
• State Licensure: GA
