JOB DESCRIPTION

• Provider must have experience in outpatient primary care and comfort working autonomously
• RHC in Colebrook NH - recently renovated office building across from UCVH.
• Position to start ASAP for a (3) three month duration, with possibility of extension until permanent needs are met
• NH license is preferred (or must be able to obtain). Temp licenses are not accepted. Position is for replacement of provider leaving - Full payor enrollment required.
