Job Opportunity: Medical Technologist Spring Hill, FL

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Medical Technologist to join a healthcare team in Spring Hill, FL. This is a full-time position with rotating weekends and night shifts (10:00 PM - 6:30 AM or 12-hour shifts). Candidates must have at least 3 years of experience to be considered.

• Perform a variety of diagnostic laboratory tests on patient samples
• Analyze test results and ensure accuracy and reliability
• Maintain laboratory equipment and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
• Collaborate with medical staff to provide timely diagnostic information
• Adhere to established protocols and maintain proper documentation

• 3+ years of experience as a Medical Technologist (required)
• ASCP certification (preferred)
• Bachelor s degree in Medical Technology or related field
• Strong knowledge of laboratory techniques and protocols
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
