Microbiology Manager OR Micro Laboratory Manager Opening Outside of Kansas City - Now Hiring

Position Highlights:

• Opportunity to manage a microbiology laboratory within an established healthcare organization!
• Oversight of Supervisors and Technicians/Technologists.
• Responsible for staff hiring, orientation, competency and ongoing training. Also, providing performance feedback to staff.
• Managing day to day operations of the microbiology laboratory including ensuring laboratory compliance, develops and implementing policies and procedures.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Microbiology or Medical Laboratory Science (or equivalent). Masters Preferred.
• MLS/MT, SM or M ASCP Certification (or equivalent)
• At least 3 years of experience in a microbiology leadership position.
