Mercier Consultancy is seeking enthusiastic Italian-Speaking Video Streaming Experts to join our team in Athens! In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for providing outstanding support to our Italian-speaking clients, helping them operate our state-of-the-art video streaming platform effectively. Your expertise and customer service skills will ensure that our clients enjoy a seamless and enriching experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Offer exceptional customer support to Italian-speaking users through various communication channels such as phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist clients with inquiries related to account setup, platform features, and content availability.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently, guiding customers toward effective solutions.
  • Educate users on platform functionalities, helping them navigate the interface and manage subscriptions and billing inquiries.
  • Collect and analyze customer feedback to inform service improvements and enhance user satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and resolve complex issues effectively.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends in the video streaming industry to provide informed assistance to clients.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Italian and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
  • Relevant experience in customer service or a similar role, preferably in the tech or video streaming industry.
  • Understanding of video streaming technologies and digital content management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for addressing client challenges efficiently.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with clients and understand their needs.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic team environment.
  • Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems is a plus.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to meet client needs.
