As temporary assistance for property Turnover, you will help us to provide a seamless move-out and move-in experience for our residents./p pstrongResponsibilities: /strong/p ul liPerforms miscellaneous maintenance duties as assigned by the manager including but not limited to painting, minor drywall repairs, replacing batteries, light bulbs, blinds and doors, caulking, power washing, trash removal and furniture removal/install./li liParticipates in apartment inspections and assist in documentation of overall unit condition./li liPerforms light housekeeping duties./li liHelps to keep grounds clean and free of debris and trash./li liMay also perform general administrative assistance including but not limited to opening, closing and maintaining the office, clubhouse and amenities, maintainingnbsp;office organization and file structure, logging and retrieving customer packages./li /ul pstrongQualifications: /strong/p ul liAll-in attitude and an eagerness to help in a variety of capacities!/li liGood communication skills and a strong customer service mindset./li liWilling and able to lift and move equipment, trash bags, and other miscellaneous items both indoors and outdoors.
