Communicate verbally and in writing with various management on store operations in a very quick timeline especially any changes or items that may adversely affect the store’s operations./p/lilipMust be able to interact with customers in a friendly, professional manner/p/lilipPrepare a shift report at the end of the shift as per company guidelines./p/lilipMust be 18 years of age or older/p/li/ulp/ppbuCustomer Service/u/b/pullipProvide the best customer experience to every customer/p/lilipGreet every customer with a smile and sincere greeting/p/lilipSuggest possible purchases to the customers and promote specials/p/lilipAssume full responsibility for the execution of our customer service program at the site level/p/li/ulp/ppbuSafety amp; Station Appearance /u/b/pullipResponsible for doing what is necessary to minimize the safety risks to employees, customers and suppliers./p/lilipAssure all environmental and hazardous material regulations are strictly enforced/p/lilipMaintain safety and security of the store and document any accidents or incidents that occur/p/lilipManage the maintenance of the customer environment inside and around the perimeter of the store/p/lilipOperate all assigned equipment safely and efficiently/p/lilipsupport implementation of our Safety and Health program/p/lilipPromptly Report workplace accidents, injuries, incidents, or illnesses/p/lilipComplete the new employee safety orientation procedure/p/li/ulp/ppbQUALIFICATIONS:/b/pullipRead, understand, and write the English language at the eighth-grade level./p/lilipPerform arithmetic calculations at the eighth-grade level in order to be able to make change, complete shift reports, and account for a variety of products during vendor check-in./p/lilipHaving the ability to validating Identification prior to selling tobacco and/ or alcohol (as per required under regulations)./p/lilipCan lift up to 30 pounds, and carry cases of milk cartons and soft drinks, beer and juice containers through proper lifting techniques/p/lilipAbility to remain calm and respond according to policies and procedures in any form of emergencies./p/lilipTolerate exposure to gasoline fumes and cleaning products;/p/lilipAbility to work in various temperature environments (coolers, outside in various weather conditions, and in the store)/p/lilipPerform general housekeeping duties as needed/p/lilipMust be 18 years of age/p/li/ulp/ppbPHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:/b/pullipEnsures physical maintenance, safety, cleanliness, and attractiveness of all store facilities/p/lilipPerforms other related duties as required/p/lilipMust be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times/p/lilipMust be able to traverse and access all areas of the store/p/lilipProlonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer/p/lilipProlonged periods of standing/p/li/ulp style="text-align:inherit"/pp style="text-align:inherit"/ppspanEnmarket is an equal opportunity employer.
