We own and manage our beautiful apartment communities, and we are looking for a motivated new employee to join our family./p pWe are looking for someone to come on board in astrong Maintenance Technician/strong role./p pstrongLocation: /strong/p ul li style="font-weight: bold;"strongKings Crossing/strong/li /ul pstrongSkill Level:/strong/p ul liAt least 3 years of apartment/residential maintenance experience including electrical, plumbing, appliance repairs, interior/exterior maintenance and carpentry/li listrongCFC/EPA certification – Type II or Universal/strong/li liHands on HVAC repair experience/li /ul pstrongCompensation: /strong/p ul listrongPay/strong strong- starting at $21 per hour /strongdepending on experience/li listrongOn Call Bonus - $150 per week (calls or no calls)/strong plus additional $150 per holiday on call bonus/li listrongQuarterly Bonus – $980 potential/strong (based on performance of property and team)/li listrongBenefits -/strong vacation amp; sick time, holiday pay, insurance, rent discount and 401K with company match/li /ul pstrongSchedule:/strong/p ul liRegular hours: Full Time – Monday thru Friday 8am-5pm, 40 hours per week/li liAdditional hours: Participation in weekly emergency on-call rotation with the team required/li /ul pstrongTasks and Responsibilities include the following:/strong/p ul liComplete work orders in occupied and vacant apartments/li liAssist with turn/make ready process of vacant apartments/li liWork with the team to maintain property grounds on a daily basis/li liAssist with general property and building maintenance of the community including clubhouse, amenities and pool/li /ul pstrongQualifications:/strong/p ul liHelpful and friendly attitude, dedicated to excellent customer service/li liExhibits take-ownership attitude and pride in their work/li liSelf-motivated/hardworking, able to work independently as well as be an integral part of an established team/li liAbility to recognize issues and problem-solve with minimal support/li liAbility to multi-task in a fast-paced environment/li liUnderstand the importance of adhering to safety standards/li /ul pstrongJob Requirements:/strong/p ul liHave reliable transportation/li liComfortable using a computer and mobile devices using MS Windows, Outlook and other software programs to manage work/li liAbility to drive a golf cart/li liAble to lift a minimum of 75 lbs. independently/li liEndure year-round interior/exterior temperatures for extended periods of time with physical activities including sitting, standing, walking, climbing stairs/li liAble to climb step and extension ladders/li liAble to work with maintenance and cleaning products/li liOwn and able to operate specified hand/power tools/li /ul pA background check will be conducted./p pIf you are comfortable in a fast-paced environment and this job sounds like it is for you - apply online!/p pnbsp;/p pWeinstein Properties offers competitive compensation, benefits, and a 401k.
