With over 23 programs, we offer multiple ways to aid seniors maintain their health, well-being, independence and participation in the community, fulfilling our mission./span/span/pIOA's Northern California programs are in need of a fully dedicated administrator to ensure the aspects of our programs are both accurate and organized. brThe Program Coordinator is responsible for providing lead administrative support to the care management team and manage data entry and medical records for multiple clients and administrative databases.pbESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: /b/pulliResponsible for ensuring all administrative aspects of CalAIM programs are accurate and organized./liliEnters new clients into electronic health record./liliEnsures all client authorizations are up to date and submits re-auths as needed./liliRuns reports as requested by managers./liliEnters purchase of service requests in electronic health record as well as accounting system./liliPurchases all office supplies for program with manager approval./liliProcesses invoices and works closely with accounting team./liliParticipates in chart reviews and audit prep as applicable./liliKeeps minutes of all important meetings./liliOther reasonably related projects as assigned/li/ulp/ppbREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS/b/pulliBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Health Administration, or other related discipline/liliStrong analytical, interpersonal, problem solving and communication skills/liliAbility to communicate effectively in writing, in person and work as a team/liliStrong, Excel, MS Office skills, MS Outlook/liliExperience with Spreadsheets and Pivot Tables, EMR helpful/liliExcellent organizational skills, detail-oriented, multitasking, and capable of meeting deadlines/liliAbility to successfully provide and maintain confidential clerical and administrative support/liliExcellent interpersonal and customer service skills/liliMust be organized, honest, dependable, able to handle multiple tasks, self-motivated and able to work independently/liliDemonstrated interest in working within a multicultural environment and social services field/liliAbility to support the mission, vision, and values of Institute on Aging and abide by applicable standards of conduct, policies, and procedures/li/ulp/ppbDESIRED QUALIFICATIONS/b/pulliHigher degree in Health or Business Administration or a related discipline/liliCurrent/prior experience working in home health care coordination and community-based organizations working with at-risk population (e.g., frail seniors, home bound individuals, developmentally delayed adults, etc.)/liliBilingual language skills/li/ulp/ppbCOMPENSATION:/b/pullibRange: $ /b25 - 31/hourly/li/ulp/ppThis amount is not necessarily reflective of actual compensation that may be earned, nor a promise of any specific pay for any specific employee, which is always dependent on actual experience, education and other factors./ppThis range does not include any additional equity, benefits, or spanother non-monetary compensation/span which may be included. /pp/pp style="text-align:left"br /iWe encourage you to learn more about IOA by visiting a target="_blank" href="http://https://www.ioaging.org/abut-ioa"us/aa target="_blank" href="http://https://www.ioaging.org/abut-ioa" here/a./i/pp style="text-align:inherit"/pp style="text-align:left"iIOA reserves the right to adjust work hours or duties when appropriate. /i/pp style="text-align:inherit"/pp style="text-align:left"iInstitute on Aging is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
