Your voice matters here—use it to build the future, make an impact, and continuously improve the guest experience./ppbr//ppAs the Bartender, you are responsible for effectively serving customers and presenting great customer service by providing information to help with food and beverage selections, creating and presenting order choices, and maintain a great dining experience by promoting a warm and friendly atmosphere./ppstrongWHAT YOUR DAY WILL LOOK LIKE/strong/pulliTake customers’ food and drink orders/liliEnsure that all orders are accurate and delivered to each table in a timely manner/liliSuggest appetizers and meals to customers based on the menu and specials/liliMake and serve drinks following established guidelines, procedures and policies regarding beverage and safety controls as prescribed by company standards./liliProperly set up bar, including stocking and batching/liliFollow health and safety practices always/liliControl allocated guest checks by following established check-use procedures and legibly documenting all required information as the customer's order is taken and processed./liliProcess payments from guests and ensures accuracy of guest check and method of payment in order to safeguard customer and company./liliCompleted all prep work prior to bar start time/liliServe food and/or beverage; ensuring consistency throughout meal/liliComply with all state and local liquor regulations/liliRespond promptly to any guest request/liliMaintain a professional appearance, positive attitude, and mannerism/liliMaintain clear and open communication between all staff for overall outstanding dining experience/liliDuring service, maintain all work areas including any side work duties for overall productivity and success/liliOnce service is complete, all dining areas must be re-set/liliCreate a pleasurable dining experience for all of our guests/liliHave fun at work; leave baggage at the door; come to work with a positive attitude ready and willing to help create a fun and memorable experience for our guests/li/ulpGHG24/ppRequirements/ppstrongWHAT IT TAKES TO SUCCEED/strong/ppstrongExperience and/or Training/strong/pulliBasic math skills required, must be able to add, subtract, and count change back to customer, legible handwriting, and strong customer service and oral communication skills. Must hold a valid Operator’s License. Must be of legal age to serve alcohol./li/ulpstrongYOU’LL STAND OUT IF YOU BRING/strong/ppstrongExperience and/or Training/strong/pulliWine experience and/or certification.
