Golf Attendants are dedicated to delivering exceptional service and genuine hospitality. Golf Attendants are people-oriented, get to know Guests on a first-name basis, and are able to develop a proficiency at using our equipment, including our golf simulators. Golf Attendants report directly to the GM of Performance./ph3br//h3h3Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:/h3ulliDeliver exceptional service to guests, ensuring a fun and enjoyable experiencenbsp;/liliTake pride in ensuring guests' enjoyment by actively checking in with guests at the bar and in assigned simulators during their visit to ensure satisfaction and promptly address any concerns/liliDevelop comprehensive knowledge of the golf simulators to guide guests in selecting appropriate gameplay, explain data outputs, and enhance their overall experience/liliAssist in organizing golf bag storage, managing golf equipment, and performing basic simulator maintenance and troubleshooting/liliAcquire and maintain comprehensive knowledge of all products and services, including technology, lessons, leagues, and memberships. Use this expertise to confidently sell and cross-sell across various offerings./liliProvide informative, engaging tours of the facility./liliFollow all Five Iron standards for guest engagement, including a first drink prompt, upselling, suggestive selling, and adhering to service scripts./liliMaintain extensive knowledge of our food and beverage offerings.
