p/ppbABOUT THE ROLE amp; TEAM:/b/ppThe Account Coordinator assists Account Executives (AEs) and the National Sales Manager with overall marketing and promotions coordination efforts. Duties include but are not subject to being the liaison between Sales, Finance, Production amp; Activations departments./ppbABOUT YOU/b:/ppThe ideal candidate must be able to deal with various strong and dynamic personalities. This is a demanding position in a high-pressure and fast-paced environment. We are looking for someone who can work independently while also being part of a team environment. Important traits include being communicative, resourceful, innovative, collaborative, and detail oriented./pp/ppbJOB RESPONSABILITIES/b:/pulliEnter, Review, and Revise Orders amp; provide Traffic department with instructions as well as spot(s)/liliManage preemptionsulliRequest Inventory updates for Makegood Offer/liliResearch rating point equivalent/liliOffer Makegoods/liliFollow through with AE for Makegood approval/liliConfirm/Process orders/Makegoods in Wide Orbit, EPort, AE Inbox and Katz Media Group/li/ul/li/ululliRequest copy points, logos, and/or images, and prizes from client to production/liliCoordinate in-station executions as well as manage station events amp; client remotes when needed/li/ululliPull Revenue, Competitive, amp; Historical Reports from various Sales applications to help Sales team/liliEnter missing copy amp; production requests through VCreative/liliUpdate the various Sales trackers/li/ululliCreate PowerPoint Event recaps for clients after on-site events in a timely manner./liliEnd-of-month invoices reconciliation. Co-op process may include translations of TV/Radio scripts./liliResearch paperwork for credit memos/liliSales Back-up when/as needed/li/ulp/pp/ppbYOU HAVE/b:/pulli1-year minimum experience in tangible or intangible sales preferred/liliDetail oriented amp; strong organizations skills/liliGood Customer Service/liliStrong Verbal and written English language communication skills/liliAble to work in multi-task work environment/liliComputer skills including Windows 200/XP, Powerpoint, Excel and Word required/liliFluent in Spanish (read and write)/li/ulp/pp/ppbOUR BENEFITS:/b/ppTelevisaUnivision believes that a happy, well-balanced employee is what makes our culture thrive.
