RN Med Surg/Tele - 36 hours
12 HR PM ; 
EOH/EOW
Hospital cannot accommodate block scheduling
Locals accepted (locals are considered to be within 50 miles from facility at a lower local rate) 

 

Drips – Cardizem, heparin, amio, nitro
Lines/Drains/ Specific devices used – chest tubes, foleys, 
Machines – na
Oxygen – bipap, cpap, Nasal cannula, high flow
Patient population – cardiac, oncology, step down
Support staff (if applicable) – PCT, HUC monitor Techs.
