\nMinimum Qualifications

- Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program. \n
- Active State PTA license required to start the assignment in Illinois. \n
- BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required. \n
- Experience working in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care setting preferred. \n
- Client requirement: ability to provide care within a skilled nursing facility setting and collaborate with interdisciplinary team members. \n
- Preferred: experience with geriatric patient population and restorative therapy programs. \n
