\nWhat You'll Need:
\n• Associate or Bachelor's degree in Radiation Therapy from an accredited program
\n• AART Certification in Radiation Therapy
\n• Valid Radiation Therapy state license, if required
\n• 2 years' experience as a radiation therapist
\nMinimum Requirements
\n• Graduate of an AMA approved school of Therapeutic Radiology.
\n• ARRT (T) registration required.
\n• BLS required.
\n• Minimum of 1 year of radiation therapy experience. Preferred: 2 years' experience as a radiation therapist.
\n• Experience with ambulatory and oncology radiation therapy environments.
\n• Experience with Varian TrueBeam linear accelerators preferred.
\n• Experience delivering IMRT, SBRT, SRS, HDR, and 3D treatment modalities.
\n• Experience using EPIC and Aria electronic medical records preferred.

- Duration: 13 Week assignment
- Patient Volume: Average 30–45 patients per day
- Technology / Equipment: Varian TrueBeam linacs; EMR: EPIC, Aria
- Scheduling: No weekends. No call. Travelers will work approximately 75% of holidays.
- Orientation: Departmental orientation provided.
- Floating: No floating required.

\nAdditional Duties:
\n• Operate and maintain radiation therapy equipment in accordance with departmental protocols.
\n• Accurately position patients and ensure proper immobilization during treatment.
\n• Verify treatment plans and dosages with the oncology team.
\n• Monitor patients for adverse reactions during and after therapy and report concerns to supervising staff.
\n• Document treatments and maintain accurate patient records in the EMR.
\nFacility and Department Details
\n• Department census averages 30–45 patients per day.
\n• Department supports IMRT, SBRT, SRS, HDR, and 3D treatment modalities.
\n• Chief RT on site for clinical support.
