American Traveler is hiring a Cath Lab / EP Technologist for a 14-week cardiac cath lab travel assignment requiring an active KY ARRT Rad Tech license, Epic EHR proficiency, and BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications.
Details- Work in a hospital-based cardiac cath lab unit
- 4x10-hour day shifts, Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–5:30 PM
- Call requirements include 1 late call per week (5:30 PM–7:30 PM), 1 overnight call shift per week (5:30 PM–7:00 AM), and 1–2 call weekends per 6-week schedule (Friday 5:30 PM through Monday 7:00 AM)
- Philips Single and Bi-Plane Angiography experience is preferred
- Epic EHR and McKesson experience required
- Active KY ARRT Rad Tech license required prior to start date; pending license is acceptable at time of consideration
- BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS required
- PALS required prior to start date; not required at time of consideration
- Level 1 trauma experience preferred
- Proficiency with Epic EHR and McKesson required
- License required if applicable
- 2 supervisor references from within the last 3 years required for consideration
- An EKG onboarding exam is required
- Candidates whose permanent residence is within 100 miles of the facility are not eligible for this position
- Former permanent staff must have been separated from the facility for at least 6 months before returning as a traveler
- All requested time off (RTO) must be disclosed at time of submission; RTO requests made after submission will not be approved
