Join our team as an LVN in a Texas correctional facility, providing vital healthcare in a dynamic setting.
Responsibilities:
• Deliver nursing care and administer medications.
• Monitor and report patient health changes.
• Maintain accurate records and collaborate with healthcare teams.
Qualifications:
• Valid LVN license in Texas or compact state.
• BLS certification.
• 2+ years LVN experience, 1+ year in acute care.
• Strong communication and adaptability skills.
Schedule:
• Day shifts, 36/48 weekly rotation.
• Holiday availability required.
• Flexibility to work within a 50•mile radius.
Additional Info:
• Orientation in Conroe and Gatesville, TX.
• COVID•19 vaccination required, exemptions considered.
• Overtime opportunities available.
