\n\nSchedule\n

4 x 10 hour shifts, Monday through Friday, from 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM, with rotating weekends and weekdays from 7:30 PM to 7:30 AM.

\n\nJob Description\n

The Interventional Radiology Nurse is responsible for providing comprehensive nursing care to patients before, during, and after interventional radiology procedures. This role includes administering moderate sedation and monitoring patients throughout procedures.

\n\nResponsibilities\n

\n
• Provide preoperative, intraoperative, and postoperative nursing care for patients undergoing interventional radiology procedures.
\n
• Administer moderate sedation and monitor patient vital signs.
\n
• Collaborate with the interventional radiology team to ensure high-quality patient care.
\n
• Document nursing care and patient responses accurately and effectively.
\n
• Participate in patient education regarding procedures and aftercare.
\n

\n\nRequired Experience / Certifications / Licensure\n

\n
• 1+ years of Interventional Radiology nursing experience preferred.
\n
• Experience in a level 1 or level 2 trauma center is preferred.
\n
• Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
\n
• Current BLS (AHA) and ACLS certifications are required.
\n
• Valid Registered Nurse license in the State of Pennsylvania.
\n
