American Traveler is hiring a travel RN for an Emergency Department position requiring a minimum of 2 years of ED experience, with nights availability and key certifications including TNCC and NIHSS.

- Position is located in an acute care hospital Emergency Department \n
- Fast-paced ED treating a broad patient population including urgent care, psychiatric, pediatric, and critical care/trauma patients \n
- ED nurses perform critical care skills including medication titrations, arterial line management, mass transfusion of blood, and chest tube management \n
- Schedule is 3x12-hour night shifts, 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM \n
- 36 hours per week \n
- 13-week contract \n
- \n
- Active SC or Compact RN license required — no pending licenses accepted \n
- Graduate of an accredited or NLN-approved RN program required; BSN highly desired \n
- Minimum 2 years of ED experience in a U.S. hospital required \n
- Required certifications (AHA only): BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS, TNCC, and CPI (NCI with Advanced Physical Skills Training) \n
- Must have a valid U.S. Social Security Number \n
- Two manager or supervisor references preferred, verifying experience within the past 12 months, with at least one from the most recent employer \n
- Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to qualify \n
- Date of birth required for consideration \n

- Coordinates and delivers care to patients with complex nursing needs, emphasizing safety, quality, and a positive patient experience \n
- CPI certification is mandated for this position; Basic or Advanced CPI training may be available at the facility — confirm with your recruiter \n
- All certifications must be AHA-issued \n
- Local candidates within 50 miles are not eligible for this position \n
