Flexible Hour, Full-time and Part-time Daycare Aide requiring Childcare education a must
My preschool daycare is looking to train a teacher aide with Child Development education
Desired characteristics:
+ A must - You naturally love kids and would genuinely willing to share your life with them
+ Ability to learn and follow instruction well
+ Pay attention to details and work quality
+ Willingness to self-assess and self-correcting your mistakes
+ Have a caring personality toward all children coming from different cultures
+ Interpersonal relationship building skill
+ Professional, friendly and reliable
+ Good English speaking and writing skill

Some of the following minimum requirements can be acquired at a later period.
- Willing to take Live Scan (background check and fingerprint clearance). Will be reimbursed.
- Medical printout to prove that you are vaccinated against contagious diseases such as pertussis (TDAP) and measles (MMR). Otherwise, you will have to take the vaccines prior to the start of your job.
- Willing to take a Tuberculosis test before employment.
- Willing to get certified in First Aid, CPR (cardiopulmonary resuscitation) and AED (automated external defibrillator). I can show you how to obtain one before starting work.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Willing to speak slowly and write neatly and legibly. Children will be learning from you one word at a time.
- Punctual and reliable

The following education is desirable . One can pursuit it at a later time.
6 units or more in Child Development/Early Childhood Education. You can pursuit this while working.

• Dress code requirements: Fingernails are trimmed and maintained
• 21+ years or older
• At least associate's degree or higher
• Valid auto liability insurance
• 1+ year of experience in the education industry
• 2-3 years of total work experience
