Slovenian Speaking Consultant for IT Support & Tech Solutions Department

Mercier Consultancy is pleased to announce an opening for a Slovenian Speaking Consultant in our Client's IT Support & Tech Solutions Department. This important Junior role is designed for individuals who are passionate about helping others and have a knack for technology. You will be the primary support liaison for our Slovenian-speaking clients, addressing their IT needs and providing effective tech solutions.

Your responsibilities will include troubleshooting technical issues, guiding clients on best practices, and providing training on our innovative technology solutions. Your strong communication skills and client-focused approach will be essential in ensuring a positive client experience and fostering trust with our customers.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for Slovenian-speaking clients seeking IT support and tech solutions
• Troubleshoot and address a variety of technical inquiries effectively
• Provide guidance on best practices for utilizing technology solutions in client operations
• Conduct training sessions to empower clients in navigating our IT products
• Document client interactions and maintain accurate records of support provided
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and enhance service quality
• Keep up to date with the latest trends and developments in IT support and technology

Requirements

• Fluency in Slovenian and English, along with strong communication skills
• Basic understanding of IT support concepts and technology solutions is essential
• Experience in a customer-facing technical support role is preferred but not mandatory
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to client inquiries
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
• Familiarity with technical support tools and software
• A genuine interest in technology and a desire to learn about IT solutions is highly valued
